New Year Walk 2024 – Beacon Hill

At last, some sunshine!  Sunday 7th Jan ’24 proved to be a crisp and clear day for our traditional New Year walk, taking place this year at the Beacon Hill Country Park. 

The group of hardy souls that ventured out were rewarded with some great views of the Midlands countryside and of course a good old natter and catch up.  The only downside?  The onsite cafe was unable to provide any hot beverages due to the machine breaking down, apparently they didn’t have a kettle as a backup!

A warm welcome too to Jo who was joining us for the first time in her pristine white Beetle.
