The Club are planning once again on attending the Hinckley Classic Motorshow which, fingers crossed, takes place on Sunday, 19th Sept ‘21.
This is a very informal show laid out in the streets of Hinckley town centre, attended by many different types of classic vehicles. There’s invariably other stuff taking place at the same time including children’s entertainment in the park and a 1940s wartime bar in one of the courtyards. So, all in all, a good day out, particularly as it’s free to enter!
We have managed to line up a dozen Beetles, campers and buggies in previous years, so it would be great to repeat the same or better this year. The cruise into town alone makes for quite a spectacle, as does parking up in the town centre!
If you’re interested in taking part, please contact James McGeachie (lwvwoc.membership@gmail.com).
