DESCRIPTION:May 1st/2nd & 3rd \nThis is the big one\, our very own Stanford Hall show and this year we are celebrating 50 Years since the show began ! \nIf you’re not already familiar\, the Stanford Hall event takes place around the lake on the grounds of a 17th Century Country House in rural Leicestershire.  It’s seen by many as the year’s premier classic Volkswagen show but still retains a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere. \nSince the first event in 1976\, the emphasis has always been on putting on a great display of classic unmodified Volkswagens of all types. As such\, it attracts people and rare\, really rare vehicles\, from all over the world\, quite literally! \n\n\n\n\nThere is just so much to see and do there. Great atmosphere\, beautiful picturesque town and an array of air-cooled classics that will simply blow you away! That\, plus getting to see Schwimmwagens schwimmin in the local river! \nIf you get the chance\, just go! It makes for an awesome road trip and an experience you will not forget! \n\n\n
